Back in February 2009, a English language teaching lab was opened in Haskovo in Bulgaria a formal study location for military officers from the land forces of the Bulgarian Army.
Sponsored by the Dutch government, the facility constitutes the sixth English language center for the training of the Bulgarian armed forces and is the first one for the land forces, reports Novinite, the Sofia news agency.
